Is it really free?

Yes - while we deploy features. Demo access is unlimited and ad-free, and there is no trial countdown. If that changes, it will not change retroactively for accounts already using it.

What counts as an organization?

A team that wants one shared workspace: clients and prospects visible to everyone, linked ASNs / facilities / IXPs, member roles, and API keys that belong to the org rather than to one person. We enable it on your account - email us.

Do I need a key to use the API?

Only for writes. /api/traceroutes/stats, /api/asn/:asn and the embed widget are public; submitting traceroutes needs an X-API-Key header. Keys come from Account Settings.

Can I connect Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. The MCP server at https://bgpscout.io/mcp works with any account - API key for Claude Code and Cursor, OAuth for ChatGPT and claude.ai connectors. See the MCP setup guide.
